The Vango Trek Pro 3 Long Self inflating sleep mat is a Duke of Edinburgh Award recommended item, so you are guaranteed the quality of the product. Compact with a handy carry bag,  once inflated the mat measures 195 cm long by 60cm wide and a depth of 3cm. The mat is embossed so there is no slipping while using the mat. A good level of insulation with a R factor 4, making it a 3 season sleeping mat, ensuring a good, nights sleep.

Inflation is simple, once the mat is unrolled, open the valve and the foam expands, and the mat will self inflate. To inflate push the valve open and then push again to close, and to lock twist, which prevents the valve from opening while you are sleeping. We would recommend that you inflate the mat and enjoy the view, as on the first inflation this may take longer. The mat can be further inflated with blowing into the valve depending on the level of firmness.

Comes with a fast pack storage bag and a handy puncture kit.
